Mosque Disputes

There are almost 1600 mosques in the UK with many at some duration having been involved in some sort of dispute. MAT can hear the following disputes:

• 1. Dispute between two committee members.
• 2. Disputes as to the treasury of the mosque- allegations of money squandering/misappropriation
• 3. Disputes of hiring and firing.
• 4. Contractual disputes with the mosque having contracted with building companies to erect stages of a mosque or community centre.
